Just the right balance of humour and facts. I learnt a lot and this give me an understanding about the different emotions that you can face during the menopause and what you can do to help! I highly recommend this book to everyone who is either going through the menopause or who knows someone who is!
Telecoms can be a dull subject but Grapevine found something of interest in everything we do and communicated to our desired audience, cost-effectively.

What a wonderful book. Sheila is certainly not Bonkers but she does have an ability to explain and inspire in a way that makes this book a must read for any woman ( or man) who is concerned or needs support with the Menopause. Fab Fab Fab - Thank you Sheila

I reviewed this book for publication on my menopause website/blog and have received many emails from women who have enjoyed reading it as much as I did. Sheila lets the reader know that although we might be 50 we’re not dead yet! She writes with great humour and passion and her personal anecdotes had me laughing out loud.
The book includes information about the ways of dealing with menopause both clinically and holistically. It offers advice on keeping relationships alive and considers the benefits of menopause and how for some women this can be a positive change.
I read it in a couple of hours but it was a great couple of hours!
